Keith Phillips is a professional stone carver from Tenino, WA. His career as a stone carver spans 30 years with projects ranging from arches to fireplaces, from tombstones to public monuments. He loves to share his passion for Tenino sandstone and the historic craft that once made this little town famous.
Keith's stone craft is highlighted by his abilities as a restoration carver. After the Nisqually Earthquake in 2001 he was hired to carve replacement stones for the dome of the Legislative Building at the Washington State Capitol. He has also completed restoration work for the Washington Temple of Justice, Stadium Highschool, The Vista House, and North Head Lighthouse to name a few.
